**The Role**

With 65+ heads across 4 office locations in Australia and headquartered in Surry Hills, we are now on the lookout for a newly created position
- **a Head of People & Culture.**

We are looking for someone who would thrive off the challenge to create, design and then implement a national People & Culture function from the ground up / greenfield reporting directly into the CEO. We are looking for an experienced P&C Director who can be integral in defining the:

- Learning & Development program
- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Organisational Design and Career Pathways
- EVP & Marketing
- Employee Engagement and retention
- Incentive Program
- Internal Hiring Plans
