We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to lead regional functions like Rostering and Allocations, Workforce planning, HR, risk, and IT, with Service Delivery, ensuring efficiency and collaboration on ground with both customers and staff, and facilitation of positive and productive relationships between our head office teams and our frontline employees. This role involves:
