**About the Opportunity**

The purpose of the Marketing Brand Leader is to run all functions for the marketing discipline including social, paid, events, website and organic channels and being a part of the Flight Centre Travel Academy management team.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet monthly and annual enquiry targets for the business
- Design and implement brand marketing plan to drive acquisition, retention and growth
- Create, monitor and report on paid performance activity across search and social media
- Create, monitor and report on organic performance activity including brand website, blogs and student stories
- Marketing support including responding and escalating customer feedback, questions and complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor and implement consistency for brand voice across internal and external channels
- Maximise use of business CRM
- Meeting with internal and external stakeholders about delivery of brand marketing services
- Active member of the team driving strategy and business goals

**About You**
- Essential_

3 years in a similar marketing role
- Added Advantage_
- CRM experience
- SEM and SEO experience
- Website build experience
