**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Your role as a Marketing & Brand Manager will give you scope to make an immediate impact in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for enabling the delivery of the annual integrated marketing plan for the Australian market aligned with the organisational brand and communications strategy, on time and on budget.

This role is a key member of the business and will guide and manage the marketing and communications team, working collaboratively with the global marketing team to deliver results-orientated, innovative marketing solutions and communications that meet the needs of the business, our customers and stakeholders.
- You will have a wide and varied role, but we think the most important responsibilities will be;_
- Working closely with Sales and corporate marketing team, develop and execute an annual integrated brand and communications plan and budget with clear measures of success in support of organisational strategies and plans.
- Manage allocated major complex and innovative brand and consumer campaigns manifesting in all consumer touchpoints including advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, consumer and sales campaigns, event marketing, loyalty programs, product marketing, partnership marketing, marketing collateral, POS, creative development and production.
- Manage and deliver all marketing activity in Australia within agreed budget with monthly reconciliation and forecasting. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results in Australia with a considered focus on return on investment of marketing spend.
- Develop and maintain strong working client relations (internal & external) to ensure business objectives and project delivery expectations are managed and met and develop relationships with key industry partners to ensure the business is leveraging off other industry opportunities and building the profile.
- Provide effective and efficient marketing support/service to the business teams.
- Manage implementation of product and services campaigns, working with all relevant team members and departments to execute.
- Recommend market requirements for current and future products and services via market research and monitoring trends in distribution channels.
- Review and recommend relevant initiatives for acknowledging customer loyalty and product life-cycle engagement programs.
- Develop relevant product/service sales support tools and marketing collateral.
- Ensure the brands are used as consistently and effectively as possible by developing and adhering to the brand guidelines and monitoring their use across all consumer touchpoints and target audiences.
- Oversee paid advertising program, including the creation of plans, development and execution of ads to achieve advertising goals; and the assessment of effectiveness.
- Plan and action strategic client contact events and activities and manage the annual events calendar.
- Implement and evaluate annual customer research program, align with analysis of market conditions, competitor data and adapt marketing plan as required for new and existing products and continued customer satisfaction.
- Development of a digital marketing strategy which adds value to the business and elevates marketing activity across all brands and products.
- Ensure that the business online portals (websites, intranet, social media accounts) remain relevant, aligned with the corporate brand strategy and are regularly updated with the latest campaigns/initiatives and customer information.
- SEO and SEM management.
- Provide strategic marketing advice, options and recommendations on issues related to the industry and our products.
- Contribute to and create reporting and presentations for the CCO and MD as required.
