**THE ROLE**

As a **Laboratory Support Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting laboratory staff, maintaining equipment, preparing and testing samples, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**may include:

- Assist laboratory staff with daily tasks and operations,
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies,
- Conduct basic lab procedures and assist with experiments,
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace,
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations,
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Diploma or certificate in a related field preferred, but not essential,
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
