We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Energy and Industrial team to provide project support to senior leadership and the broader team across a variety of complex projects, including working for a major iron ore producer.

In this position you will join our Resources team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'Bring Ideas to Life' for our clients in the Resource industry.- Coordinating meetings, minute taking, formatting of reports and document preparation- Provide project support on brownfields and iron ore projects- Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel, accommodation and events-
- Liaising with the senior leadership team and external stakeholders demonstrating confidentiality-

What can you bring to the team?- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Coordination role- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and problem solve issues as they arise- Must possess a strong technical aptitude, be adept at working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Suite- Excellent capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders- Be highly organised and proactive
