**The Opportunity**

SEE Group has a great career opportunity available for an Accounts Officer to join our local highly professional and skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable team. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work alongside the Senior Accounts Officers in a diverse and fast-paced role based in Helensvale, Queensland. In joining a certified 'Great Place to Work' you will have the opportunity to develop your career and have exposure to the intricacies of an internal finance team.

**Responsibilities**
- Issuing invoices for various entities, reconciling, and processing payments
- Follow-up all outstanding AR invoices in a timely manner
- Completing weekly AP payments from multiple entities
- Processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and coding these transactions as needed
- Processing and reconciling company credit card statements
- Maintaining files and records
- Work closely with site teams and Project Administration Teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
- Data entry, administration and support as required

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Previous experience as an Accounts Officer, ideally within a construction environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- First class communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
- Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar (not required)
