Content Lead

About the Role.

The Content Lead is responsible for in-app content at Sweat; from assisting with the annual content approach, crafting exercise workout content for our Content Partners (i.e. Trainers), execution of all data entry for content programming and oversight of the go-live process for content within the app. Liaising with internal teams to determine Sweat's pipeline of content releases, creating new Sweat programs from existing assets, and end-to-end oversight of in-app content production forms a key part of this role.

This position has the flexibility to be fully remote, or hybrid using Sweat's workspace in Adelaide or Melbourne. Key responsibilities in this role include;

• In-app content creation and production (including workout content);
• Assisting in defining Sweat's content approach across health and fitness - including establishing the annual content calendar informed by customer insights - to deliver the Sweat business strategy;
• Serving a conduit between Sweat and the Content Partners (Trainers and Talent) for all content related initiatives, including coaching them through the Sweat production process and ensuring they are set up for successful content shoots;
• Data entry of all program related content into our internal systems, such as our Content Management System (CMS);
• Supporting Sweat teams as the in-app content SME, delivering on internal content requests;
• Working with the Product and Engineering team to identify opportunities to improve the CMS from a scalability, efficiency, usability and functionality standpoint;
• Working to create and maintain comprehensive project and operational team documentation. This includes using best practice to develop standards, processes and procedures for content development, production, publishing, maintenance, retrieval and retiring; and
• Maintaining relevant and up-to-date industry knowledge and awareness of new content types.

About You.

We would love to hear from you if you have;

• Prior experience leading in-app content, preferable with an emphasis on workout content;
• A bachelor degree or higher qualification in Sport and Exercise Science or a highly relevant field;
• A detailed knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation and human movement is essential;
• Strong stakeholder management with an ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of personalities and internal/external stakeholders;
• The ability to contribute to and/or manage multiple projects, with the ability to seamlessly switch from one to the other while still meeting deadlines;
• Strong communication skills;
• The ability to solve problems in a timely manner, track issues, escalate complaints / concerns and introduce initiatives to improve content department; and
• The ability to competently coordinate logistics, people, productions and situations/events.
