**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting People and Culture Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a People and Culture Coordinator at Pillow Talk, you'll be instrumental in supporting activities that contribute to creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture, which emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment.
You will be accountable for providing exceptional day-to-day HR coordination and administrative services across the entire employee life cycle (recruitment through to off-boarding), alongside supporting various People team projects, specifically seasonal recruitment, data cleansing and systems implementation/maintenance.
A bit about you...
- Experience working in a People and Culture Coordinator or Administrator role within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong organisational and diary management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- An eagle eye for detail, and passionate about 'getting it right'
- Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with colleagues
- Strong sense of urgency and dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight internal deadlines
- Positive, enthusiastic and well humoured
- Strong initiative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, with the ability be able to manipulate and aggregate data
- Experience recruiting within a high-volume environment highly regarded
- Experience using a HRIS (or equivalent)
