Fantastic opportunity for a Counter Sales team-player to join a small and supportive team in Seven Hills NSW.

Nepean Boltmaster is your complete fastening system supplier and boasts the largest range of fasteners and associated products, not only in the region but throughout NSW.
There is a lot more to Nepean Boltmaster than just fasteners, you will find we also range industrial and engineering products, abrasives, hand and cutting tools, lifting and materials handling products, safety and cleaning products, paints and general hardware items.
Nepean Boltmaster provides "total needs sourcing packages" for all trades associated with the construction, engineering, and associated industry segments.
They form part of the Synergy Construction and Industrial Supply Group, a division of Metal Manufacturers (MM). MM through MM Electrical Merchandising (an Australian leader in the electrical wholesale industry, with brands including AWM, Haymans, TLE and D&W) and Synergy Construction and Industrial Group have over 300 stores and are experiencing significant growth.
**What we're looking for**:
We want an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Service / Salesperson that wants to progress their career within a professional and fun team.
**The role**:
As our Counter Salesperson / Internal Sales representative, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.
- Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders."
This is a full-time permanent role based in Seven Hills, NSW. Work hours are regular business hours, Monday to Friday 07H00 - 16H00 (No Saturdays).
**What you'll need to succeed**:

**To be successful in this role**:
- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- You're a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer-facing role.
- You have previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
- Client-focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients.
- You are excellent at managing your own time and a real "self-starter"; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
