**About The Role**

We are seeking an experiencedMembership Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and customers. You will act as the voice of our members and customers within the organisation, ensuring service levels are being met across all customer touch points.

**In This role, You Will Be Accountable For**:

- Member and Customer Experience- Deliver exceptional and professional service to members and internal/external customers by identifying, responding to, and satisfying their needs.- Maintain a sound understanding of membership business rules, FSMA membership constitution, Privacy regulations and corporations act.- Maintain member essential communications.
- Membership Maintenance- Develop and maintain membership material and tools for frontline employees- Proactive approach to maintaining data integrity and improving standards for superior member and customer experience.
- Planning, Reporting and Budgeting- Regular tracking and reporting on member and customer enquiries and trends as well as actioning any ad hoc requests as required- Develop and regularly review membership policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate information across internal communications tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service suppliers.- Actively provide input to key business units and frontline teams to ensure quality outcomes for members and customers

**About You**

You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, be thoughtful and organised in your approach, and have the ability to make every customer interaction a positive one.

**Your Experience, Skills & Attributes**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer experience role
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated a customer focused outlook with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle confidential/sensitive information, issues, or situations.
- Experience in a membership organisation
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage relationships
- Proven experience working in an agile and evolving environment
