Key Role Description

This is a critical position within our multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical care coordination and psychosocial interventions to young people accessing the service.

The successful candidate will be accountable for individual case management and care coordination, aiming to optimize the overall functioning of consumers in line with their recovery goals.

  • As part of the multidisciplinary team, ensure timely access for young people and families to necessary services and support.
  • Deliver early intervention and care co-ordination services to young people, supporting them in achieving goals outlined in their care/management plan.
  • Participate in regular clinical review and supervision to maintain high service standards.
Essential Qualifications

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), along with approved tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Social Work, are essential requirements for this role.

Required Experience

Typically, 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice within the mental health sector, providing high-quality triage, assessment, and evidence-based psychological interventions, is expected for this position.
