As the **Technical Facilities Manager **based in **St Leonards **, **Sydney **, you will oversee the efficient operation of critical plant and equipment in the Data Centre, ensuring compliance with risk management, WHSE policies, and quality systems. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will support day-to-day operations and vendor management while maintaining high service standards for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage BGIS's Maintenance Management platform and ensure efficient maintenance of all Data Centre services, including electrical, mechanical, and UPS systems.
- Implement BGIS WHSE policies, ensuring all vendors and clients comply with safety standards.
- Conduct routine and critical switching activities for electrical/mechanical systems and be part of a 24-hour on-call roster for incident response.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, supporting design reviews, and manage new asset handovers.
- Prepare and review Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and switching procedure instructions for critical infrastructure tasks.
- Ensure operational tasks, preventive maintenance, and repairs are performed efficiently, using the Manhattan CMMS system.
- Manage client interactions and maintain high satisfaction through regular updates, performance reports, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Support the financial management of the account, including budget forecasts, capital works proposals, vendor contract management, and service-level adherence.
- Part-take in major and minor project deliveries including participation in stake holder meetings.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 3 years' experience in a Data Centre or critical environment facility management role.
- Expertise in electrical, mechanical, UPS, and fire safety systems.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in BMS, CMMS, and related systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
