Provide advice on a range of governance, policy, financial and economic issues relating to bulk water services, infrastructure, projects and government-owned entities. Actively participate in the development and review of policies relating to bulk water supply services, water infrastructure, pricing, economic regulation and the financial sustainability of water entities. Assist with preparation of briefs, presentations, reports and agreements related to bulk water services, infrastructure, projects and government-owned entities for a range of audiences, both technical and non-technical. Liaise, consult and foster effective networks with other team members, departmental work units, government agencies and water businesses to deliver project outputs, as directed. Other duties as directed and required.
