The Research and Analysis unit performs various functions including:

  • Evaluating project guidelines and techniques
  • Providing advice on economic modelling approaches and appraisals
  • Conducting discrete research projects on long-term economic issues facing the transport system
  • Research and analysis on trends impacting the Queensland economy and transport system
