Your responsibilities will include:Advising on energy, electricity, and renewables law , including compliance with the National Electricity Rules and relevant regulatory frameworks.Drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements , including EPC, O&M, PPA, and project financing contracts.Supporting project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects.The ideal candidate:7+ years PQE with expertise in electricity, energy projects, and renewables.Coming out of private practice and/or INHExperienced in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts.Commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.Confident working autonomously while also collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.Motivated to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming the energy landscape.If this role does not align to your experience and/or career goals, please contact us to discuss other suitable opportunities .
