This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training.We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.About The RoleThis is an opportunity to kick start your career in community care with a local provider that holds strong ties to the Coffs Harbour community.Our Domestic Assistants provide essential cleaning services to our aged clients living in the community, maintaining and enhancing their homes and standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.We are looking for domestic support North of Coffs (Sandy Beach, Arrawarra, Woolgoolga, Grafton, Emerald Beach) and South of Coffs (Toormina, Bonville, Sawtell, Nambucca Heads, Bowraville, Scotts Head, Stuarts Point).
Your Responsibilities IncludeSweeping, vacuuming and moppingMaking beds and changing bed linenCleaning bathrooms and kitchensHanging, folding and ironing washingDustingAbout YouYou have a caring nature and and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively.
You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organised and adaptable to change.
