6 month Head of FP&A contract opportunity within financial services

Our client is a securitized lender, and are looking for a canddiate with experience within non-bank lending to join the team in the Head of FP&A role.

**The duties include**:

- Lead financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and decision support.
- Assist in capital allocation decisions and assess investment opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to track performance against goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operations.
- Conduct forecasting and scenario planning to anticipate future trends.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering growth and effectiveness.

**Experience**
- 10+ years relevant experience
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience within Financial services
- Proven leadership and people management soft Skills
- Skills to lead the FP&A functions
