TOM People have partnered with a growing organisation to recruit a newly created Head of FP&A position.
Reporting to the Finance GM, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who excels in delivering commercial insights and has a passion for driving process improvements.
Build out the FP&A function in a hands-on and visible role Based in Macquaire Park, with 2 days WFH $190k to $200k + Super + 20% Bonus Key Responsibilities Build and Lead a Commercial FP&A Function: Establish efficient planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that deliver strategic insights and drive financial performance.
Drive Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the ELT and cross-functional leaders, providing commercial support on budgeting, investment decisions, and business performance.
Lead Financial Modelling & Executive Reporting: Deliver high-impact financial analysis, scenario modelling, and board-level outputs to support initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic priorities.
Automation & Process improvement: Rebuild legacy systems, drive automation of FP&A tools and embed data-driven, agile finance practices across the organisation.
