Company Overview
Allura Partners has been engaged to lead the national search for a Private Equity-backed construction business operating in the energy & infrastructure sector.
The company is experiencing significant growth and offers substantial opportunities, requiring an experienced leader.
Position Overview
The Executive General Manager (EGM) will have divisional CEO responsibilities, specifically leading the Transmissions business unit.
The EGM will work closely with the Group CEO to develop strategic plans, implement business strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives, and build trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Additionally, the EGM will oversee capital investments to ensure company growth and profitability targets are met.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in 330kv-500kv Overhead Transmission construction & maintenance, with relevant engineering or trade qualifications.
Brisbane-based candidates are preferred; however, interstate travel and relocation will also be considered.
