General Manager

This isn't your typical GM role.
We're looking for someone who thrives on operational excellence, has a strategic mindset, and can confidently manage agency workflows while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
You'll be the engine that turns vision into execution, ensuring the business runs efficiently, teams stay motivated, and clients remain delighted.
While the CEO is focused on "where we're going," you'll be the one who determines "how we get there."Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time, high-quality project delivery.
Drive efficiency across workflows, tools, and team structures.
Mentor and align department leads with company goals.
Build a strong, collaborative, high-performing culture.
Translate CEO-led strategy into practical, measurable actions.
Monitor KPIs and course-correct as needed to stay on track.
Ensure high client satisfaction, with fast and professional issue resolution.
Lead efforts to drive retention and deepen existing partnerships.
Manage budgets and operational P&L accountability.
Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure profitability across all projects.
Support new business opportunities and agency expansion.
Help identify new markets and services aligned with client demand.
Requirements Proven leadership in a digital agency, tech consultancy, or related environment Deep understanding of agency business operations and service delivery Demonstrated financial management and budgeting capability Strong communication and client-facing skills Strategic thinker with strong execution and people-management experience Background with NFPs, government, or purpose-driven work is a bonus Location: Robina, QLDCompensation: Base Salary:130,000 Super 20% Bonus How to Apply: Please apply ASAP with your CV to be considered for this position.
