We're incredibly proud of our amazing people, and the unique way we celebrate Mexican culture in everything we do.Job DescriptionAs the Head Cook, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen quality standards are always complied with.
You will be supporting recruitment, training, and development of all kitchen crew, supporting the Restaurant Manager with P&L results which includes, COGS, Labor, Operating Expenses and ensuring all food safety and WH&S policies and procedures are adhered to.We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is:Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environmentExperience leading and developing a teamCertificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experienceGood understanding of food safety concernsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefitsWe're incredibly proud of our amazing people and always have each other's backs.
