QualificationsExperience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environmentExperience leading and developing a teamAbility to understand, interpret and explain key kitchen financial performance indicators including cost of goods, labor costs and wastageCertificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experienceSound understanding of food safety concernsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsClick the "I'm Interested" button to express your interest in joining our team
