**About the role**:
The Local Laws team is within the Compliance Operations Unit and is part of the Amenity and Compliance branch. Other teams within the branch include Animal Management, Parking and Road Safety, Business Support, School Crossings and Prosecutions.

In this role you will work closely with highly supportive colleagues in the Branch while investigating, enforcing and/or prosecuting against breaches of the Local Law, relevant Acts and Legislation.

You will be assigned an area so a current Australian driver's license is required.

**Skills and experience require to perform the role**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making
- Investigation and evidence gathering experience
- Experience in end to end case management
- Confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
