Are you passionate about supporting students' well-being in a nurturing, nature-inspired environment? Samford Valley Steiner School (SVSS) is looking for a Wellbeing Officer to join our team and help support the social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students in both Primary and High School.

**About the Role**
As our Wellbeing Officer, you will:

- Support students' social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Work with students, teachers, and families to remove barriers to learning.
- Advocate for students facing challenges and refer them to external agencies when needed.
- Facilitate restorative practices, helping resolve conflicts and build positive relationships.
- Help reduce bullying and promote a safe, inclusive school environment.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience as a school counsellor or similar role.
- Knowledge of Steiner education and child development.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in mediation or restorative practices.
- Relevant qualifications in counselling or psychology.
