Support Students' Wellbeing in a Nurturing Environment
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a wellbeing officer, supporting the social, emotional, and spiritual growth of students in both primary and high school.
**Job Summary**
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on young lives. As our wellbeing officer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Working collaboratively with students, teachers, and families to remove barriers to learning.
- Advocating for students facing challenges and referring them to external agencies when necessary.
- Facilitating restorative practices to help resolve conflicts and build positive relationships.
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive school environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a school counsellor or similar role.
- Knowledge of child development and Steiner education principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in mediation or restorative practices.
- Relevant qualifications in counselling or psychology.
