**More about what you'll do**

Reporting to the Valet Team Leader you will provide support to our Valet team / Valet driver teams and to respond to the needs of our customers in an efficient and timely manner, whilst developing strong business relationships that lead to total customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build long term customer relationships by adding value to their business and ensuring high standards of customer service
- Service valet customers according to the set schedule, either monthly or fortnightly
- Unpack products into customer cupboards / stationery areas
- Ensure all packaging materials are removed and products are put away in order to maintain a neat and tidy cupboard / stationery area
- Provide information to Account Managers on customer feedback and key opportunities, also keeping them informed on service level changes.
- Inventory Management - identify stock levels that may require adjustment and report to the counter / Valet team
- Handle minor issues raised by customers

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Have a current drivers licence, with a clean record and reliable own vehicle
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history check
- Have good technical competencies with the ability to use a tablet device.
- Proven face to face customer service experience
- Professional presentation and grooming
- High service orientation
- Ability to consult and communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving capabilities
