Overview

AMES Australasia is the home of trusted brands in the garden and hardware industry, such as Cyclone, Hills, Nylex, Northcote Pottery, Tuscan Path, Kelso and Westmix. We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing our Bunnings stores in Albury, ideally based in the Albury/Wodonga or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Calling on Bunnings stores
  • Effectively execute merchandising expectations
  • Assisting with bay upgrades and relays
  • Role will involve heavy lifting and manual handling
  • Vacancy coverage for Sales team
Skills and Experience
  • Previous Hardware/Grocery merchandising experience would be advantageous
  • The confidence and ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
  • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to work autonomously
  • Strong time management skills & positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to climb ladders and handle stock
  • A valid driver\'s licence/reliable car
  • Ambition to move into a full-time sales role in the future
