This isn't a role where you're one of hundreds spinning up the same AWS pipelines. Here, you'll be the one running and shaping the entire infrastructure - from bare-metal servers to automation scripts that keep everything fast, secure, and rock-solid.

What you'll do
Manage and optimise a fleet of Linux (Debian) VPS and dedicated servers.
Drive security hardening and performance tuning across systems.
Automate deployments, backups, and monitoring with tools you choose (Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Python/Go etc).
Occasionally dip into backend code (TypeScript, with optional Go) when useful.
Define and evolve infra strategy without bureaucracy.
You thrive when trusted to run infra end-to-end.
You're fluent in Linux, VPS, automation tooling, and scripting.
You get a kick out of making systems faster, safer, and more reliable.
You value straightforward collaboration and candid debate.
You enjoy working with a tight, supportive team that actually likes each other.
