They foster a high performance culture and are wanting to embark on a transformation journey and uplift their internal capabilities along with developing an IT strategy for the long term.

**The Role**

Our client is seeking an innovative and driven IT Manager to join their business and lead the transformation of their IT landscape to support their future objectives and growth plans. With a staff of 70 individuals, they operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the desire to leverage Technology including automation and AI is strong.

Some Key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT function and managing vendor relationships, internal stakeholders and delivering on developed ICT strategy.
- Assisting with automation and implementing AI where plausible to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Managing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring that it is optimized to support our business processes.
- Identifying and evaluating new technologies that can improve our operations and increase profitability.
- Providing exceptional support to our staff with their technology needs.
- Ensuring that the firm is compliant with all relevant regulations relating to technology, data management and Cyber Security.

**About You**:

- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role, with a strong focus on transformation projects in complex environments.
- A strong track record of delivering successful IT transformation projects that have added value to the business.
- A passion for automation and implementing AI to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferably with M365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- A strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ideally suited for someone from a boutique sized business background, who understands the challenges of managing IT in a small to mid-sized environment.
