As a Customer Service Attendant for Pittwater RSL, you will be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience utilising your prior expertise to develop, establish and maintain relationships alongside quality service standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing exceptional customer serviceBar, gaming, and front of house operations Ensure that the Club is always presented in a clean and safe mannerAssist patrons in all areasCoffee makingBeverage mixing and Cocktail makingHigh level cash handlingKeno & TAB operationsTill operation and balancing dailyThe ability to assist in all areas of the Club as requiredYou must be available to work over a number of shifts including; weekdays/nights/ weekends and public holidays (we will accommodate rosters where we can, provided adequate notice is given)NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card essential The position requires the successful applicant to always act as a role model and present as an ambassador for the Club.

Remuneration under the Pittwater RSL Club Employee Collective Agreement includes penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
