Customer Service Attendant Job Description

This role involves meeting and assisting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing them for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing, collecting and returning vehicles for service, managing visitor parking, and coordinating with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules.

Maintaining a safe working environment is also an essential part of the job.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, be punctual and reliable, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
