Customer Service Attendant

**Date**:31 Oct 2024**Location**:Williamtown, NSW, AU, 2318**Company**:Ventia- In partnership with the **Australian Defence Force, Ventia** are seeking a motivated **Store Service Attendant **to join our small and friendly team based in **Williamtown **on a full time permanent basis. We proudly provide clothing and personal equipment services to the Australian Defence Force, and you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers.**To be successful you m**ust be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and therefore must be an Australian Citizen.**

**What you'll do**:

- Over the counter customer service.
- Operating computer system to obtain details of stock quantity and location.
- Receipt and delivery of goods.
- Organising and controlling the day-to-day workflow - receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves.
- Answering customer queries regarding stock location and progress.
- Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site.

**About you**:

- Prior demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Intermediate computer skills.
