**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Leaders to provide a streamlined and efficient interview scheduling process.
- Proactively develop strong partnerships with HR Business Partner team and Talent Acquisition Operations Associate regarding new roles that may be launching.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate HR environment in a support capacity.
- A desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
- Ability to anticipate problems before they happen, seek ways to continuously improve performance and have a relentless sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, and adapt as needed when business priorities may change.
- Ability to work effectively across locations, as well as remote.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - outgoing, communicative, and seek to build relationships daily.
- Experience of Applicant Tracking systems such as Eightfold or Workday, and a strong "digital first" mindset.
