Customer Experience Associate

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

About the Role

This part-time role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Help Desk, monitoring group email inboxes, and ensuring a world-class customer service experience is delivered regardless of interaction type.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, passing on messages/jobs to the site team as required
  • Monitor group email inboxes and prioritise correspondence
  • Notify technicians and the Operations teams when urgent requests arise
  • Reception duties, such as signing in and out contractors, checking on induction status, etc.
  • Focus on reducing customer effort using frameworks and training provided

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a customer-facing role, a positive attitude, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
