Salesforce Omnistudio Technical Lead

Job Title : SCO Prevention Lead – OmniStudioLocation : Geelong (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite / week)Type : Contract (Extension Possible)Overview :We're hiring a seasoned OmniStudio Technical Lead to lead architecture and development for a key SCO Prevention project.
This hands-on role requires strong leadership, expert-level OmniStudio knowledge, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities :Lead solution architecture and implementation using Salesforce OmniStudio .
Work with stakeholders to align technical design with business goals.Mentor junior team members and guide technical delivery.Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.Troubleshoot and optimize existing OmniStudio processes.Maintain technical documentation and report progress.Requirements :Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, etc.).
Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work onsite in Geelong 1–2 days per week.Desirable :Salesforce certifications.Experience in public sector or compliance-focused projects.J-18808-Ljbffr
