Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Operations Lead to spearhead the delivery of our enterprise production systems.

  • Spearhead technical and delivery leadership for mission-critical enterprise production systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Offer architectural and solution design guidance to technical teams, emphasizing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and fault tolerance.
  • Oversee all aspects of production system ownership, including software development, monitoring, backup and recovery, system security, incident management, and compliance.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and growth.
  • Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and addressing errors, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints to maintain optimal system operations.
  • Prepare clear, concise status reports and supporting documentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop robust operational processes to support system stability, governance, and team efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of impediments.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Salesforce solution design and software development.
  • Experience leading or owning enterprise-grade production systems, including software development, system monitoring, backup & restore, system security, major incident management, audit, and compliance.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Omnistudio (Vlocity) and Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
