We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Logistics Officer (Dispatch) to join one of our clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaise with main stakeholders (courier companies, service team, customers)
- Undertake the dispatch of bottles to customers ensuring that weekly dispatch is completed within set timeframes
- Log of all dispatch on the computerised courier system and within LIMS
- Participate in the afterhours sample receipt roster
- Participate in ongoing reviews of processes, make recommendations and implement changes to achieve improvements

**Experience Required**
- Knowledge or previous experience in transportation/logistics
- Highly organized and can manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in LIMS and Microsoft office products
- An outstanding commitment to quality and excellence
- Excellent customer service
