Job Opportunity: Retail Display Specialist

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining visually appealing retail displays that effectively showcase products and promotions.
  • Work with household name brands to ensure a seamless retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: You will adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with manual handling - moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
  • Able to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra for this).
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is beneficial.
