It has over 800 employees with employees residing in the beautiful Mudgee area, with all the facilities for a fantastic family lifestyle.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Production Superintendent, the role will require you to oversee and manage mining crews, carry out Statutory Inspections and monitor and record performance data.Skills and ExperienceEssential Criteria: Certificate of Competency as a NSW Open Cut Examiner (OCE).
Sound understanding of large truck or excavator operations and Drill and Blast activities.
Proven leadership experience in open cut mining operations.
Sound knowledge of NSW WH&S Legislation.
An exceptional commitment to safety.
Flexibility with hour works and ability to work rosters including rotational and night shifts.
Proficient in use of computers with experience in data management tool.
