The Apollo Bay Hotel is undergoing some exciting changes and is looking to add some Bartenders to the team. We are seeking Bartenders with prior experience, know hot to run a fun friendly night and deliver outstanding customer service.

The historic, beachside venue has served the community since 1885 as the prominent pub in the area, offering customers a family-friendly bistro, al fresco dining on a large ocean-facing veranda, accommodation, and a function room. Facing the Apollo Bay beach (voted one of the best beaches in Aus) and remaining a mainstay for locals during the cooler seasons while attracting tourists from all over the world in Summer, The Apollo Bay Hotel is the perfect place to make a name for yourself in the hospitality industry.

**Our Ideal new Bartenders**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
- Must be available on weekends and for late-night finishes
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- Commitment to your career progression
- Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night
- **Essential requirements**:_

**Salary**: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
