Under the guidance of executive chefs Mike Eggert and Matt Germanchis, Totti's Lorne offers simple Italian favourites, with produce-focused dishes.Our guest seat in our bright, trattoria-style restaurant and then transported to the Italian coast as they enjoy succulent lobster pasta, wood-grilled King George whiting, and Apollo Bay calamari, along with Totti's classics — antipasti, woodfired bread, handmade pastas and tiramisu.

The Role This is the perfect opportunity for a up & coming Operations Manager to learn from a team of passionate hospitality professionals as well as be a part of one of Merivales most iconic locations.
