Join our dynamic team as a Swim School Instructor at Jump Swim School. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for swimming and teaching. As a Swim School Instructor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct swimming lessons, emphasizing water safety and proper techniques.

2. Evaluate students' swimming abilities and customize lessons accordingly.

3. Create and implement lesson plans to ensure a progressive learning experience.

4. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants.

5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members.

6. Monitor and enforce safety protocols during swim sessions.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance teaching skills.

8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

**Requirements**:
1. Certified Swim Instructor or equivalent qualification.

2. CPR and First Aid certification.

3. Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

6. Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
