Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swimming Instructor to join our team at Keilor East Leisure Centre.

As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and abilities. You will work closely with other instructors and support staff to ensure that our students receive the best possible instruction and care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children and adults alike.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our swim program.

About the Role

  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and abilities
  • Work closely with other instructors and support staff to ensure student success
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • AustSwim Certificate or equivalent
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
