You will manage the full DA life cycle, coordinate and prepare DA documentation, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions while overseeing milestones, timelines, and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesFull DA Life Cycle Management: Lead and oversee every stage of the DA process—from conceptual design to DA documentation submission and ongoing coordination.Design Direction: Steer the creative design process to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client needs and sustainability.Client Liaison: Act as primary contact for clients, managing objectives and expectations.Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to meet milestones, quality standards, and deadlines.What you will bring to the team10 years of studio experience in architecture in AustraliaDegree or diploma in ArchitectureRevit proficiency – 5 years minimumThorough understanding of NCC and Australian StandardsExperience in leading and managing full DA life cycleArchitect registration and D&BP registration are preferred but not requiredExperience in seniors living industry is a plusReady to Join Us?
