Project Architect – Senior Design Leader

The role of the Project Architect is to lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to handover. As a senior design leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in delivering new build projects and must have worked with Revit before. They should also possess strong design skills and technical capability to manage projects through all phases from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from concept design through to handover
  • Liaise and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Deliver detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Lead client presentations, meetings, and site visits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering new build projects
  • Must have worked with Revit before
