A leading design practice with a national footprint is seeking a Senior Project Architect to take charge of the delivery phase of a major, large-scale architectural project valued between $100–150 million. Encompassing medium-density residential, aged care, and leisure facilities, this is an opportunity to play a defining role in a high-profile development with lasting community impact.
This client-facing role is best suited to a technically strong architect who thrives in a leadership position, managing both documentation and delivery across complex multi-stakeholder environments. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, and the client to ensure a seamless project journey from design development through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project delivery with a focus on construction coordination and technical execution
- Oversee client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage internal teams and consultant coordination across all phases
- Ensure full compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and Class 2 regulations
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members during documentation and delivery
- NSW Registered Architect with 10 years of local experience
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-residential or community-based projects
- Strong technical expertise in construction documentation and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- Familiarity with aged care or seniors living projects highly regarded
- A confident, collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills
