Due to the departure of one of their long-term and highly valued staff members, an excellent opportunity has become available for a Business Services Manager.

Duties within this role:

- Allocate, and review Financials and tax returns for group structures (trusts, companies, SMSF) for HNW family groups and corporate clients
- You will be hands-on with a high-level, complex work
- Tax planning to provide the best outcomes for clients
- Reconciliations
- Suggesting value add, advisory services where you see fit
- Providing advice on a number of tax issues including CGT, sale of properties, acquisitions, foreign residents, shares, goodwill and small business exemptions.
- Mentoring staff, as well as setting budgets and targets

Skills and personal attributes:

- Must have a minimum of 10 years of Business Services experience
- Must have worked on complex structures, including SMSF
- CA / CPA qualified
- A positive, proactive approach
- A team player and flexible
- Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication
- Be proactive and able to suggest value add ideas for clients
