The position
We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Administration Clerk to fill a permanent position in our busy Service department. You will provide administrative support to the Operation Manager in document and system management, WHS, scheduling, timesheets, and general clerical tasks. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and general clerical support for the Operations Manager and service department.
- Assist with scheduling & timesheets for the department in the People Management (HCM) system
- Maintain and Compile periodical reports for manager/s as required
- Support with documentation and legislative requirements for WHS
- Use appropriate software to produce spreadsheets and word processing documents at the highest level
- Utilise all office equipment in a professional and efficient manner
- WHS compliance, ensuring all documentation, systems and signage is implemented, current, maintained and to business and legislative standards.
- Provide support for other administrative functions when required
- Planning & Organising
- Ensure all files are appropriately maintained in accordance with company policy

Skills & Experience
- Similar Industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent administrative & clerical skills
- High level of organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to work autonomously and as a team
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft office software
- HRIS, dealership or ERP system knowledge or similar experience highly regarded
- Understanding of WHS
