Our client is a privately owned software solutions provider delivering value to clients through strong technology partnerships and consulting services that unlock potential in existing people and processes. The business is growing and the opportunity to advance in the business is there, plenty of training and support given to anyone entering the business.

They are looking to engage a Customer Service Analyst on a permanent basis due to company growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide phone support to incoming calls from a range of government and commercial departments
- Build strong business relationships with all customers and external partners
- Work as a a vital aspect to ensure support issues are resolved by proactively interacting with teams within the company

**Skills**:

- Proven experience working in functional support roles.
- Demonstrated experience and involvement in the support of technology-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to the results of a high performing team
- Demonstrated experience in cross-collaboration between departments and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- A positive, professional attitude and a heightened awareness of the sense of urgency in stakeholder engagement
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Motivated, self-driven, entrepreneurial, self-goal setter.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work within competing timelines
- Strong focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to be part of a technical services delivery team
